[MEMBERSHIP KIT FAQ]

Q. I lost my membership card. Can I receive a new one? 

A. Membership cards cannot be reissued for any reason.  

Q. Are customs tariffs included in the membership kit payment? 

A. Overseas shipping costs do not include customs tariffs. Each shipping destination may have different tariff standards, so please be aware that if you exceed the duty-free import standard, you will have to pay customs tariffs. If this payment is not made, your product could be returned to the sender. Refunds and reshipments are not possible due to failed customs payments.  

Q. Can I change the shipping address after my order has been placed? 

A. The shipping address cannot be changed once an order has been placed. However, when the product arrives in the destination country, you can check with your local delivery company whether the shipping address can be changed, as they may be able to redirect your delivery.   

Q. How do I track my delivery? 

A. You can check the status of your order by going to MY > Order History from your profile

[Defects or missing items] 

In case of defects or missing items, exchanges will only be accepted by those who have submitted photos and unboxing videos to confirm these through the 1:1 customer center page/email within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. 

 [Defects] 

In the case of prints, papers and photocards, visible defects such as scratches, small marks, and dents outside of the portrait area (e.g. artist's face) are not eligible for exchange. Exchanges are only possible if there is a visible defect on the artist's face area, subject to stock availability. If you notice any defects on your product, please take a clear picture (in a location without any light reflection and with the defect clearly visible) and submit an inquiry through the 1:1 customer center page.  

[Missing] 

For exchanges due to missing components, please include a video clearly showing the opening of the delivery box & product (including all components). 

  • Exchanges will not be accepted if no unboxing video is supplied.  The opening video must be filmed so that all sides of the box are visible before opening and you should be able to clearly see the product.
  • For exchanges or reshipments for other reasons, the item can only be reshipped to the address provided at the time of the original order.

◽Tariffs are not included in the overseas delivery fee. Customs standards vary from country to country, so you have to pay if you exceed the tariff-free import standards.

Precautions for Exchange and Return

In the case of defective or incorrect delivery of the product, exchange or return is possible within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

If a customer wants to return an unopened product because they change their mind, the buyer will have to pay the shipping fee.

Opened product cannot be exchanged or returned in the case of the buyer's change of mind.

Delivery boxes and product opening (including components) images are essential for exchange/refund because of missing components or defects. If there is no video, it may be difficult to exchange.

The video should be filmed so that you can see all sides of the box before opening and the opening scene of the product looks intact.
Due to the nature of the photo card material, scratches, dents, and imprints that may occur during the process are not subject to exchange or return.

All products can be exchanged/refunded only in the case of defects visible without light reflection.

If the product is different from the content displayed/advertised, it can be exchanged or returned within 3 months from the date of receipt and within 30 days from the date of discovery.
